Our mission is to serve where the need is greatest, particularly among underserved youth, families, and small business owners from diverse backgrounds. Rooted in Christian faith and guided by values such as compassion, integrity, and servant leadership, LRD is committed to walking alongside those we serve with love and purpose.
Our primary focus is to serve our community, particularly youth and families from underserved and faith-based backgrounds, by providing opportunities for growth, education, and empowerment. Through hands-on learning, Christ-centered mentorship, and real-world experiences, we help young people discover their God-given potential and explore new possibilities.
We also equip and uplift small business owners, particularly from multicultural, underserved, and faith-based communities, by offering resources, training, and encouragement. We understand the challenges of running a business and believe that no one should walk that journey alone.
